Who we are
Pleased to meet you! We are Special Cargo Services, the Dangerous Goods Specialist. Special Cargo Services provides all services related to the storage, packaging and transport of dangerous goods. We do this from our locations at Schiphol, Europoort, Texas (USA), and on-site at our customers’ premises.
In addition to Special Cargo Services, Special Cargo College also falls under the Special Cargo umbrella. Special Cargo College is the leading trainer for Logistics Netherlands in the field of dangerous goods, aviation security and safety. Each year, they train more than 30,000 students both in classrooms and online. At this training institute, you will take various courses that prepare you well for your role as Warehouse Operator.
What you will do
You will join us as a Warehouse Operator. The following tasks will be part of your responsibilities:
- Loading & unloading dangerous goods;
- Performing incoming and outgoing inspections;
- Executing pick & pack processes.
What you bring
- You have MBO-level working and thinking skills.
- You have a forklift certificate and a driver’s license.
- You have good command of the Dutch and English languages.
- You can hold your own in a dynamic environment and are willing to go the extra mile.
For working with air cargo, a Certificate of No Objection (VGB) is required. We will apply for this together with you prior to your employment.
