It was 3 long days if you have not been in the classroom for 30 years but through a lugty way of teaching and fun examples it was manageable. especially the difference in the issues handled by each person/company is very interesting to hear

Very good and comprehensive training, top trainer Sander de Man so much humor but still keep you sharp and mass examples, further top lunch, good facilities, small minus point the climate control , was broken therefore two days in the heat, fortunately Friday resolved

Perhaps less catching up on modules that are not asked for due to calculator book or other tools. And pay a little more attention to things that do matter. Now we often got stuck because others entered into discussion for something that would not be asked and this in turn takes up extra time. Furthermore, the explanation was clear there was opportunity given for questions that did matter. All in all, an important course to pass
Well-crafted, all-encompassing training!
Exceptionally well delivered training. Teaching materials provided are current and include many real-world examples. Prepared for the exam with the help of mock exams on the online portal. I actually feel proficient after completing this training.

The original 2 day course was taught in 1 day on location for 7 people. Was long enough in my eyes and everyone passed. Going to do it this way again next time.

The course at Special cargo was excellent. no comments/improvements towards SCS. Only comment I can make, and it is not so much directed toward SCS but more toward Cito. Is that you cannot see what mistakes you have made and thus cannot learn from them.

Very instructive
Because there were only 3 of us in the class with Jan being a great and competent teacher I learned a lot, also because the other two gentlemen came from totally different companies that I do myself. We had all the time and space to hear each other’s situations to which Jan very nicely gave additional answers how to deal with certain situations and what the legislation says about them.

The refresher course was good. Jan explains everything clearly and what I also really liked was the online tests we could do via QR Code on the phone. That makes it all a little more fun to follow and you’re more involved in the whole thing

Good teacher with a lot of knowledge and good examples. Goes through the material in a nice and structured way. The questions in the course powerpoint are a good way to apply the material just learned as well. The course itself was highly recommended. The online exam trainer is less so. I myself saw, from what I suspect, 3-4 errors in the questions. These were shared with the teacher.

Only possible tip : try putting KC people together in 1 class and possibly RA people as well. So now I was the only one in the class as KC and had actual questions. Possibly then you can also fill the days in such a way that people from KC for their situation can have more depth. But again, consider it a possible tip, training was otherwise perfect.

I am very impressed with the IATA Air Transport Hazardous Materials course and highly recommend it to anyone interested in the aviation industry and safety. This course provides a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the laws and regulations surrounding the transportation of dangerous goods in the aviation industry. The course is carefully put together and is easy to understand thanks to the clear explanations of the instructor, Cor Schaatsbergen.

Good explenation
Even though I found the course difficult it helped me tremendously that good explanations were given by Ms. de Vries. Unfortunately, we only use batteries but it’s very interesting to see what all has to go into shipping something.
