Checks

The right check at the right moment can prevent delay, rework, or rejection later on. We inspect cargo, packaging, and paperwork before a shipment moves on, so issues are caught before they become costly.

DG checks

DG checks help verify whether a shipment is actually ready to continue under the rules that apply to it. We review the preparation of the cargo, including packaging, labels, markings, and documents, to see whether the practical and regulatory sides still match. That sounds simple, but small faults often sit in small details. Catching them early is often what keeps a shipment from being delayed, rejected, or reworked later.

On-site inspection

Sometimes the right moment to inspect a shipment is before it ever leaves the customer’s location. On-site inspection helps create that clarity early. We assess the cargo where it stands so you know whether the shipment is likely to move cleanly into the next phase or whether something needs more attention first. That gives you a clearer starting point before transport, intake, or handover begins.

X-ray screening

When cargo cannot be opened for inspection, X-ray screening can support secure air cargo handling without bringing the process to a halt. It helps clarify what is inside the shipment and supports the screening path needed for onward movement in the secure chain. That does not replace all other controls, but it can be the practical route when physical inspection is not possible or not the right option.

Import quality control

Import quality control focuses on what condition cargo is in after arrival, before it simply continues to the next step by default. Goods may be damaged, mispacked, incomplete, or otherwise not ready for release even if the shipment has technically arrived. We check imported cargo with that in mind, so issues are found while they are still manageable and before they ripple into storage, dispatch, or customer delivery.

Supply chain security

Supply chain security is about control between handovers as much as control at obvious checkpoints. We help support secure cargo flows where custody, screening, and shipment integrity need to remain clear. In practice, that means handling shipments in a way that supports the secure chain rather than introducing weak links into it. That matters especially where regulated air cargo procedures and onward acceptance are concerned.

Every DG shipment poses unique challenges. We’re here to solve them.

From a single missing link to the entire chain: we determine what your shipment needs and handle those part of the process you’re looking to outsource. Practical, safe, and always in full compliance.

Why Special Cargo?

Checks only add value when the people performing them know what they are looking at and what the consequences are if something is wrong. Our team combines practical DG experience with a close eye for condition, preparation, and compliance. We do not treat inspection as a box-ticking step. We treat it as a decision point that protects the next phase of the shipment and the people handling it.

How we add value with DG inspections

Earlier issue detection: checks help catch problems before they block the shipment later on.

Inspection with judgment: we combine formal review with practical DG experience.

Useful at key moments: checks support on-site, in-house, and secure cargo processes alike.

Clearer next-step decisions: inspections help show whether cargo can move or needs intervention.

Downstream protection: early findings help prevent wider disruption later in the chain.
